Dr. Andrews is a recognized leader in Life Sciences and the emerging field of Regenerative Medicine, with a deep understanding of the technology, markets and operational aspects of the next wave of medical advancement. She has helped organizations match their strengths to market opportunities, evaluate the potential of their intellectual property, analyze their plans for manufacturing capabilities and build knowledge of their customers and competitors. She has built a global network of regenerative medicine experts and has a firm grasp of who is doing what, where and how. Her primary passion now is helping the Life Science and Regenerative Medicine industries realize their incredible healing potential by helping companies thrive.
She is the Founder and CEO of Cell Bridge Strategies, a premier Life Science and Regenerative Medicine Consulting Firm that helps Executives build out their business strategies to meet current and future market demand. Prior to Cell Bridge, Jane was the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing for BioBridge Global and it’s three subsidiaries. In that executive role, Jane built strategies based on the company’s internal capabilities, market demand and the input from and advisory board of global experts she recruited from her extensive network.
Jane has also served the Life Science industry as a Senior Consultant for Frost & Sullivan, an International Growth Consulting firm. Here, she helped Life Science, Cell Therapy and CDMOs with their business strategies, market positioning, product development and competitive intelligence.
She lectures frequently to professional groups, including presentations at the World Stem cell Summit (US 2013 - 2019), Mixii Bio (Israel, 2016) and The World Advanced Therapies & Regenerative Medicine Congress & Expo in London (2019).
Over the years Jane has done a “walk about” science and business: she’s owned businesses, held academic and corporate positions, including Senior Staff Scientist at the Audubon Center for Research of Endangered Species and NASA Senior Scientist (Lockheed Martin & Science Systems and Applications). She has earned awards for her work with NASA, as well as NIH and Smithsonian honoraria, and has written numerous published papers and proprietary reports on her work over the years.
Dr. Andrews received her BS, MS and PhD from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, followed by a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Penn State University.
